How long does
it take to register with ezBind?
After you complete the “Sign Up” page and agree to our
terms & conditions, you will be given a "User ID" and pass code. You will
then able to log on and start submitting. The process usually takes between
24 and 72 hours. Please feel free to call or email us and an ezBind representative
will contact you and explain any unanswered questions. How
do I submit business through ezBind once I am a registered user?
We do everything online! Once you receive your password
and user ID, you can log on to our website and fill out a complete application
for your customer and submit. If you are not a licensed insurance professional,
email or call us and we will guide you through the process. What
are ezBind turnaround times for providing a quote after submitting the
application online?
Our Service Standards are: Normally within 24 hours
you will have a complete proposal and contract ready to print right from
the web site. If the risk falls outside our targeted products, ezBind will
establish a timeline for each prospect and notify you by email.
How does ezBind compensate it's strategic partners?
Compensation for licensed insurance professionals is
commission-based on paid business . Other strategic partners are compensated
based on total completed transactions each month. Payments are made by the
15th of the month for completed transactions during the previous month.
Will I receive training?
Yes. A Customer Relations Manager from ezBind will provide
you with answers to all of your questions. If necessary, a Customer Relations
Manager will come to you and spend whatever time is needed to help you understand
the services being offered so that you can effectively present them to your
clients. A representative will also be available to attend your presentations
to your clients. |
